Payment
Payments are processed securely through Stripe, one of the world’s leading payment providers.
Les Puppets du Soleil accepts: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna.
Payment will only be debited from your account when the physical item is shipped
- unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
All amounts on the website include VAT, and are priced in Danish kroner (DKK).
Delivery
The delivery time for your order is generally 2-5 business days, unless otherwise stated under the product.
We offer the following delivery methods: Pickup, GLS Business, GLS Private and GLS Parcelshop.
You will always receive a track and trace number as soon as we have shipped your order, so you
can follow your package - from our warehouse to your home.
Right of withdrawal (online orders)
There is a 14-day right of return for items purchased on the website, calculated from the day you receive your order.
If you choose to cancel a purchase, simply return the item in the same condition and quantity as you received it.
Once the item has been returned and approved, the purchase price will be refunded to your account within a few days.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we do not accept returns sent to parcel shops or cash on delivery.
Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after purchase - and subsequently it must be
received by us no later than 14 days after.
The notification must be given by email at [email protected]
In the notification, please make us clearly aware that you wish to exercise your right of cancellation.
It is important that the item is in the same condition and quantity as when you received it.
The customer is liable for any deterioration in the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary
to determine the nature, properties and functioning of the item.
In other words – you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.
If the item has been tried in addition to what is described above, we consider it used,
which means that if you cancel the purchase,
you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item.
To receive the full purchase amount back, you must do the same as you would in a physical store.
You may test the item, but not actually use it.
Showroom Purchases
Items purchased in the showroom are not refundable. However, items may be:
• exchanged in the showroom
• returned for store credit valid for 2 years
provided that the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging.
Condition of the item upon return
You are liable for any deterioration in the value of the item that is caused by handling other than what is
necessary to determine the nature, properties and function of the item.
This means that you must test the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.
If the item has been tested in addition to what is described above, it is considered used and of diminished value.
This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will receive a smaller part or none of the purchase amount back.
It is up to Les Puppets du Soleil to assess the condition of the item.
Uncollected packages
If you do not collect your package from the parcel shop within the deadline, it will automatically be returned to us.
If this happens, as soon as we have received the package, we will treat your order as a return and refund the amount to you.
The shipping cost for the return will be deducted from the return amount when we refund the amount to you.
Right of complaint
There is a 2-year right of complaint on products in accordance with the Danish Sales Act.
The right of complaint applies to all defects in material and manufacturing.
Complaints regarding defects and deficiencies must be notified to Les Puppets du Soleil within a
reasonable time after receipt of the goods.
Here, a maximum of two months is considered a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed.
The right of complaint does not apply to defects or damage caused by improper use,
lack of maintenance, normal wear and tear, or incorrect handling of the product.
We will refund reasonable shipping costs.
Les Puppets du Soleil will cover reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.

Customer & Privacy Policy
We do not resell personal information and do not pass on your
personal information to others, it is only registered in our customer file.
You can have your information deleted at any time.
In order for you to enter into an agreement with Les Puppets du Soleil, we need the following information:
Name, Address, Telephone number, E-mail address
We register your personal information for the purpose of being able to deliver the goods to you.
The personal information is registered with Les Puppets du Soleil and stored for up to five years, after which the information is deleted.
When personal information is collected via our website, we ensure that this always happens by giving your express consent,
so that you are informed about exactly what information is collected and why.
We do not store and transmit customer information encrypted.
As a registered user of Les Puppets du Soleil, you always have the right to object to the registration.
You also have the right to access what information is registered about you.
You have these rights under the Danish Personal Data Act and inquiries in this regard should be directed to [email protected].
